Annual Program Fees, due October 1 each year:

• Fiscal year 2007-2008: $1,000 for one program, $1,500 for a degree and a certificate program.
• Fiscal year 2008-2009: $1,125 for one program, $1,687 for a degree and a certificate program.
• Fiscal year 2009-2010: $1,250 for one program, $1,875 for a degree and a certificate program.

ReAffirmation of Accreditation fee:
$250 due to the Commission no later than the due date for the self-study. Both are due in the COA office no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled on-site visit.

Initial Accreditation fee:
$500 due to the Commission with the initial self-study, 6 weeks before the on-site visit.

Late fee:
$200 due to the Commission if any report or fee is late.
